SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship all orders from the United States. Estimated delivery time is within 1 week of shipment for domestic orders. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping We ship internationally, including to the European Union. International orders are estimated to arrive within 1 week of shipment, though customs processing may add additional time outside our control.

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost

Delays and Lost Packages We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. If your package appears lost, please contact us at ben@pioneerhealthlabs.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item. Return shipping for EU withdrawal returns is the customer's responsibility.
